Lousy customer service. Once you've spent your money, don't bother coming back for repair because they're not interested. Staff are dismissive and brusque, just want to get you off the phone and say anything that will end the call - doesn't matter whether it's salesperson or manager, nobody wants to take time to get you a straight or helpful answer.

Found the personnel to be extremely helpful and knowledgable. Even willing to demo any guitar. Would recommend to anyone in need of a guitar - low end to high end.

stay away from this store: forget about finding something at this store unless you're buddies with someone who works there. they have unqualified people giving you advice about guitars and amps often the person you're asking has to ask someone else who also doesn't know.
