User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have been a customer for 5 or 6 years also. I trust Jim and Sara, they know their business and are extremely helpful while you make a decision.
I have purchased from several of the chains and found that Mortimers quality is better than most mall stores and you can even design your own Jewelry. Their prices are very competitive and if you don't see it just ask.

I read the review below from "not stupid" and think that maybe they need to get a grip. I have been shopping at Jim Mortimer Jewelers for over 5 years now and have never had one single problem with them. In fact the jeweler, Jim, and his daughter Sara are two of the most informative people in the buisness. I have been to other stores in the malls and even other independants and have never met two people that take the time out of their day to explain their pieces to me. Other stores don't take time to explain things to anyone when they are purchasing something. Jim or Sara are always there to answer any questions I or any of my friends that I have sent there ask. Their prices are very fair for the excellant quality that you get and there is many payment options available. I would never shop anywhere else for my wife's jewelry. I have been sending friends of mine in there for years now and they all feel the same way. Jim Mortimer Jewelers has plenty of customers for life. I don't think they need customers like "not stupid" since they have plenty of friends and customers who feel they are already honest and trustworthy.

Honest. trustworthy Jewelers are hard to find. I have done business with Jim Mortimer and suggest you keep looking.
