User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis was maybe the worst service experience at a car dealer I've ever had. First I was told the part I needed was in when it wasn't. Then the part wasn't in two days later when I was told it would be. It took me four days to get my car back for a very minor (but very expensive) repair. Their communication with me wasn't good at all. AND they charged me $45 in labor to put in a fuse! Robbery! Finally, the cashier didn't know precisely where my car was after I paid, and I had to search for it in the freezing rain. Do yourself a favor. Pick another Ford dealer.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsSlow and inexperienced! Order the wrong parts and our vehicle has been back there three times. It has been in their shop for over a month now and we are losing alot of money and business because of this.
