I had a problem with my boiler. They came out and fixed it. But more importantly, they actually didn't require payment from me when they were done. They sent me a bill in the mail. I was surprised and pleased that someone still does business this way. In my opinion, they charged a fair amount for the work they performed. I of course paid it right away, as it was a pleasure to do business like this.

I will definitely use them again if I need to and I've already recommended them to my friends. They also don't require you to purchase heating oil from them in order for them to work on your heating equipment like some companies. It was nice to find a company that seems to do business the old fashion way and not charge an obscene amount of money like I've experienced with some of their competitors.
