    Very poor customer service. Dirty. No consideration for needs of members. Employees allowed to "hang out" but the gym is in disarray. It is, however, cheap.

    These Folks Lie!!!: Bally's represenitves do not look at you - the person - but your Checkbook! They were not honest with me about the "30-day" rule for voiding your contract! I got roped into paying over a thousand dollars for a gym i never went to! It was a total waste!!! And the staff was not helpful at all!!!

    Huge Bally's: This is probably the biggest Bally's I've ever seen. But there was a lot of lost space on the inside due to architectural design; i.e. a large opening in the center of the second floor. However, there was a decent size pool (that I don't intend on using) and a racquetball court. The downside for me was that quite a few of the machines were out dated and were limited in the number of central exercise equipment.
