User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis was the worst food i ever tasted I called to place an order was on hold for 10mins i ordered the honey rib platter the platter was undone there was hardly any sauce on them, very disappointing i wouldn't recommand anyone to go to this restaurant not even the hungry. I want a refund, seriously.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe went there last night for my birthday, and it was a disaster. They say they don't take reservations, but to call ahead and arrive early and they would accommodate us. We called the day before and told them we'd have about 15-20 people, we called the day of, and an hour before we got there, and got there an hour early. They forced us all into two cramped booths and our food and desserts all arrived at different times. -And- while we were there, a party of the same number as us came in, were seated at one long table, got dessert, had a birthday and left. Why couldn't they do the same for us???
Add to that that the menu was different from the last time we had been there, just a few weeks ago - the menu being why we had chosen Applebees for this dinner. Before that, we had not gone there in quite some time because of the terrible service. The food this time was only okay, and it's the only reason I'm giving them one positive star with this review. We, nor any of our large party, will ever be going back there.
