User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsFriendly Service: I always have fun going to this place. I'm known as the "Rock Star." Geeze, they gave me an alter-ego. This is the only pool co. in the area that I haven't had some kind of real unpleasent experience with. Now, to be fair, I haven't asked for anything more than supplies here. The places I have the bad experiences with were when I needed repair services. I started to really dislike "pool people" because they had no follow through with their promises. I've been going here for a number of years.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDimond pools is the worst company in medford: dimond pools is the last pool company i will ever call again they told me to call another company to service my pool i was good enough for them to take my money for a pool they built then they yelled at me and told me to use another company
