User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsJust ordered a sausage and pepper pizza from Angelos. Must say, it arrived after an hour and 10 minutes. It was very cold, very soggy and the cheese, peppers and sausage had all slid to one side. I called the management just to let them know, not asking for anything, really, but to tell them that their product arrived in less than a pristine state. Acting very defensive, Rich (the manager) told me that in 20 years he has never had one complaint. Never? C'mon Rich. He told me next time to order from Dominos. Thanks for the tip, Rich. You should know. $21.00 poorer, I think that I'll take his advice.

Had this same thing happen the last time I ordered from them. Their pizza is ok, but now I'll always make sure to pick up and not get delivery. I never called and said anything... figured they'd be arrogant and wouldn't care anyway. Guess I was right.
