User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMusic Museum is a great shop, and has tons of great stuff. I've outfitted several bands, over the last 25 years, completely from stuff I bought at the Music Museum. I've gotten geat help in the selection of what I really needed, great prices, great service, fair trade-in values, free loaners on repairs, and developed credit over time, on a hand shake. Guitar and amp work is superb. I recommend Music Museum to everyone. I've been there enough times to see that they take care of their customers, big (I met George Thorogood there once) and small (me) -- but if you do all your other business some place else, then that's who should take care of you, when you have small problems. If they don't -- then you need to deal with Music Museum - Jim (owner) seems to remember everyone who shop there frequently by name, and I've seen him bend over backwards for them, when they need something small - He's done that for me, many, many times over the years.

I think I got the same teen rock star guy as a previous reviewer. Smaller stores like this should have employees who are more helpful and knowledgeable than this guy, it was a huge turn-off. Very bad customer service.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat service: I bought a bass from a friend and had them do a setup with new strings. The result was AMAZING. My bass sounds like an instrument costing much more than I could afford.
