great seafoood, even better view: Wonderful restaurant. If you like seafood, this is for you! It is glassed in, all tables have a view of the Delaware and the Delaware-Memorial bridge, go at sunset, you will love it. Service is friendly and quick. Seafood is great, they also have buffet at lunch and one night during the week. The fried shrimp is great and they have this side of lobster macaroni and cheese which is rich and good. Good coffee as well.

Special birthday: When we come up to visit my mom from Florida, we always take her out to dinner here. Riverview Inn is the best restaurant this area has had. I hear it is closing in a year and am disappointed about that. We will be celebrating my mom's 93rd birthday here this month. The atmosphere is great and the food is very good.

Enjoy a great view with good food.: I went to the Riverview on a tip from my brother. I live about an hour away from Pennsville, but the trip was worth it. Pulling up to the restaurant, the overall appearance is nothing special, but once you enter the bar and dining area, all is changed. The low lit dining area sets the ambiance, and the view of the Delaware River is amazing. Watching the sun set with the amazing changing colors of the sky and the river was incredible. Not a bad table in the place. Service was amazing. Food was good, but I wish there were more options. Relatively pricey, but you get what you pay for.
