My experience at this place was below subpar. I went in to get a diagnostics ran to find out why my check engine light was on in my 07 dodge. Once I waited 3 hours for the results, I was given less then a descent explanation of the codes that the computer found, told that one error they were forced to fix due to NJ emissions law "again I was told forced to fix" and once I asked for a quotation told I would then have to pay 106.00 bucks for the diagnostics that I could have gotten for free at a few other locations. The fact that I wasn't told up front that I would be charged 100 bucks if I didn't get the work done is not even the top of my issues with this place. The fact that once I paid the 100 bucks I then had to ask for a list of what the computer found. Upon my request the customer service person proceeded to write, yeah you heard me correctly, hand write on my receipt the issues the computer found. I was amazed that I just paid a hundred bucks that I was never warned I would have to pay, and then I had to ask for the results of what I just paid for, and those results were hand written on my receipt. I also asked the customer service person to document the work they had done, since they were forced to fix an emissions problem by the state of NJ. He promptly wrote in pencil on the same receipt what work was done. WOW, is all I could say. Unfortunately this isn’t my first issue with a Dodge dealer, I wanted to mark the first one up to just location, but second location, second poor performance, as I move closer to a different brand, hopefully still American made, I wonder, do these companies have a clue?
