About:Since 1976 Los Amigos has been offering the area's best Mexican & Southwestern style cuisine. As times change, so do tastes & today, "Mexican Food" has become very fragmented. Consequently the term "Mexican Food" means different things to different people. Over the years, Los Amigos has dramatically grown from offering tacos and enchiladas (although still a very important part of the menu) to creative & complex fare as well as Southwestern inspired menu items. These dishes are in part the result of research & development through consulting with chef/authors as well as the superb culinary education that our chefs have received. The Chef/Owner Curtis Taylor is a graduate of the Academy of Culinary Arts. Executive Chef Kevin Taylor & Curtis Taylor are graduates of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park. Chef Kevin has worked under Chef Dean Fearing at the 5-star Mansion on Turtle Creek as well as Chef Patrick O'Connell at the Inn at Little Washington.

Decent but Pricy: The food was good. I used to live in Southern CA and have been looking for Mexican food to that is comparable to that of San Diego and Tiajuana, this was good, but not the same. I did find that it was a bit pricy for what you get.

THE best mexican food north of Cancun!!: My fiance and I LOVE mexican food....and this is the best! Aside from that, you actually get full. I'm a guy...so I like to eat, right? I'm sure that the 'ambiance' is great and everything...but the plain and simple truth is that I like it because the food is excellent, and I don't leave hungry. She says it's charming and has a lot of 'atmosphere.' Who knows? If your lady likes Mexican and you wanna impress her...Here's the place! I've never actually sat at the bar, but it looks really nice...very casual and relaxed. Great food, great staff, great prices....not great parking...:( Also, they don't open until around 4 PM. I recommend the Chicken Quesadilla Supreme.

Los Amigos: This is my favorite Mexican eatery. The food is INCREDIBLE FIRST RATE MEXICAN FOOD. The ambiance makes you feels as though you actually be visiting Mexico.
