I have been using this office for years and have always been very happy. I have used my insurance many times at this office! I arrived for a long awaited appointment one evening and upon checkin was told that I had to pay for my visit because Dr. Friedberg was not in the office and the claim could not be put in under his name? I was seeing Dr. Colletti with whom I have had many visits and never before was there a problem using the SAME insurance! I am very disappointed in the unprofessional attitude that I received at this visit, I was treated like it was my fault that I was unprepared. When I called to make my appointment I restated the type of insurance that I had and was NOT told that I would have to pay for my visit. I was forced to pay for my visit and have not been able to get reimbursed by my insurance company yet, 6 months later! VERY DISAPPOINTED! I don't know what has happened in this office but they obviously must have had some office staff changes.
