User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy experience has been frustrating to say the least with Albo. I purchased a Thermador wall oven and microwave. Took 7 weeks to come in. I was told I would have in 10 days. Then I was promised they would have the installer contact me. I stated I did not want delivered if the installation couldn't be within a day. I did not want to have in my living room for the holiday weekend. The appliance were delivered and installer advised he was on vacation for 9 days. Their Manager (Ginny) was to call me back several times regarding all the delays. She never calls. Customer Service is horrible. Buyer beware! I would never recommend.

I recently purchased a new washer and dryer combo from Albo and I have to say that I have never had such a pleasant shopping experience. The sales people where knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect washer and dryer for me, which was kind of hard considering the huge selection they had to offer. During the delivery the drivers were courteous, professional, and very careful of my home. When they left I was completely up and running with no problems, I did a few loads of wash and have been happy with my products and the whole Albo experience ever since.
I recommend them to all my friends and family! -

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IN A HEARTBEAT! I JUST ORDERED AN ENTIRE KITCHEN OF APPLIANCES AND CABINETS AND THE SALEMEN COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL OR EXPERIENCED. EVERYTHING HAS BEEN DELVERED AND INSTALLED AND IT LOOKS WONDERFUL. EVERYTHING FROM BEGINNING TO END RAN SMOOTHLY. NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. GO THERE...SAVE MONEY AND TIME, AND GET THE BEST SELECTION IN THE AREA!
