    Do yourself a favor, If you read this and you are using this facility...stop. I can't agree more with the previous post, his staff is very unprofessional and not people friendly. I get a hard time from doing something so simple as ordering my contacts from them. On one occasion i went in to discuss a problem i had with their ordering website to purchase my contacts, and the older woman turned me around and told me to try it again, she couldn't just order me a simple box of contacts. Dr. Berger, you just lost a patient and you won't see my family there anymore.

    Not Recommended: I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am currently looking for a new doctor because my eyes are in pain and i cannot stand to go back. The Dr. is not bad. The women behind the counter are ignorant and have never been anything but rude, making me feel dumb. I also do not agree with the way the business has been run. I was told that because I had not been there in over a year that i was considered a new patient and to get my contacts i would need to pay a $75 fitting fee... FITTING FOR WHAT? i know how to put my contacts in. This man has been my doctor since i started wearing eye correction about 15 years ago. And NOW I'm a new patient.. whatever... Just not a nice business to deal with.
