I was leery after seeing your review, but I decided to bite the bullet and go. When I got there, I found the staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to drop my mower off and they called me in about 3 weeks, which was clearly stated at the time I dropped it off. Since this mower has not been used in a few years, I was a bit worried about the bill, but found it very reasonable. Overall, I'd recommend going there.
