User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDon't go here if you want timely service: You can't ever get anybody on the phone, when you do get someone, they are highly qualified in incompetency. I waited all day long had to call them back, only for them to tell me they couldn't change a simple set of brakes!!

I personally had a great experience. went in for buy three get one free tire sale. Obviously I called first and they picked right up in a few rings. I was so happy on the service I had an alignment oil change and belts done...they even checked my brakes while the wheels were off.
