I have to say that this is one of the best delis in South Jersey. The Italian with extra meat & cheese is a little pricey at $9.63, but well worth it. I don't think they could have packed the sandwhich anymore. Basically was two (2) subs in one (1) roll. The thing that makes American Deli different is their eye on quality. They use Dietz & Watson meats, as well as Romaine lettuce and red onion. This really makes a difference. I would & have reccommended this deli to all. While I was there I noticed these volcano looking creations under the showcase. The friendly counterperson (Betty) told me they were Pepperoni roll ups & come with Marinara sauce. Not sure of the price, because I neglected to ask, bit I will have to try them next time, but as it was, I was only able to eat half of my sub, & I'm a big eater. Until next time....Check it out!!!
