I love this place, and I don't work there. I'm just a dippy chick who bought an old house and thought about how to fix it after closing! I find the staff to be VERY helpful, VERY patient, and that is why if I can get what I need there I go there.

You Must Read This Review From A Real Story: I am a not sure how to thank Jerry Collucci, but I will do my best. I am a home owner who was trying to put an addition on my home. I hired a contractor who took my money and my family for a ride. Now I was stuck with a half finished addition. My father who is a perfectionist insisted we could finish this addition ourselves. This was easier said than done. Not sure of building codes and lumber specs I was not sure where to start. I called virtually every lumber yard in NJ PA, and DE. I was looking for lumber to span 20'. Everyone said they would call me back. Only two called back. One called back to say they could not help me. How nice was that. The other called me back with solutions to my problem. Jerry took his own time after hours to help me out. I know I was probably a thorn in his side with all of my visits and phone calls. But, I NEVER felt that Jerry was ever bothered by my constant questions. Jerry's main concern was not leaving at 5:00pm (I kept him until 6:oopm) on a Friday right before his family vacation. It was me the customer. I know first hand Mr Collucci is dedicated to his customers. This man will do whatever it takes to satisfy his customers. Jerry called me from Disney to confirm my order and make sure everything was ok. I will not go anywhere else to buy building materials. I hope you read this and get the opportunity to receive this world class service, and feel the same way that I do. "Been there done that" must work for the lumber yard who said they could not help me. Thanks to him I had the opportunity to go to Jerry. Like I said I am not sure how to thank Jerry but I truly do appreciate his time, patients, and service. Thank You Jerry.

Been there done that: Not really customer friendly, if you've been there, you will know for yourself.. A little place trying to be big, not happening. would rather travel . Elmer NJ has 2 better hardware stores and 1 lumber yard, just 10 minutes away. the other reviewer must work for
colucci lumber.
