I'm surprised to see complaints about the service. I've always found the service to be friendly and quick. They have a lot of business that's for sure, and they do want CASH---no plastic. It's worth the trip to the ATM to get a sub from Sugar Hill. They are hands down--the best!

I was born & raised in EHT and I've been going to Sugar Hill Subs since I was a girl. I now live in Williamstown (about 40 minutes away) and I travel the distance at least twice a month just to wrap my mouth around the best subs in Jersey......I say they're the best subs on the East Coast!!! In all the years I've been a customer there, I've NEVER experienced bad service either. Yes, they're busy, yes, they rush around like crazy and yes they strive to make the best food around....and that's why we love them!!!

Would be a 5 Star rating if the personal there were a little bit more polit. The subs are to dye for, I mean totaaly unbeliable good. But when dealing with the staff, makes you wonder if it's worth dealing with. If you ask a question the guy behind the counter answers you like you are an idiot for not knowing the answer in the first place. Very busy place, but they shouldn't forget the customers don't work there, and we don't know all the tiny details.
