User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsIn Aug. 2009 my dog was boarded here when we went on vaction. This was his 3rd time in 2009 he was boarded here. For the whole week he was mixed up with another dog. Was given that dogs food, toys and playtime (if any). Also, my dog was suppose to be groomed the last day.Needless to say the other dog got groomed. When we went to pick our dog up we waited 15 minutes until they finished his grooming (that was the other dog)Very upset because they came out with this other dog and even tried to give us the other dog insisting he was ours. What a joke. Please be mindful that if this was your dog and he/she had special food or medication that this may have been TRAGIC. I just want to make people aware of there NEGLIGENT MIX UP.
Also, I called during the week to let the groomer know I wanted an oatmeal bath because he has skin allergies yet they sprayed him with scented dog colgne before he left as they do all the dogs (FYI). When I brought him home he was itching like crazy and I had to bath him anyway.
The owner called to apoligize and I was offered the grooming for free but was charged for the boarding and playtime. I contested the playtime and was told the other dog had a much better package for playtime then mine. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NOT BE RETURNING-

Halo house is fantastic.I boarded my animals there and couldnt have asked for more!! They treated him like it was his home.He was spoiled.He was able to get out into a large area to run and play.the rooms for the dogs were kept spotless.I would highly recommend them to anyone

I love Halo House! The first time I took my dog to a kennel she was an absolute mess when I picked her up. She is always happy, healthy, and clean when I pick her up from Halo House! The staff is wonderful and the prices are reasonable.

please make sure you tell your friends and family... this would not be the first time that this happened in that place...NEGLIGENT MIX UP IS NOT THE WORDS FOR IT... it is a money market only......and that will never change..... your not the only one that got taken the other people got it too.... "one that knows"
