About:Since World War II, this sub shop has been a favorite sandwich joint for locals. It may be just a little place, but it is filled with character and history. A whole sandwich is 3 feet long and the rolls are baked fresh everyday, from Formica Brothers Bakery (just across the street). These sandwich artists really know what they are doingjust order the White House Special and you'll see what all the rave is about.

    Absolutely hands-down the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. I had the cheesesteak, and it actually tasted like beef! I also managed to snag a bite of my friend's White House Special, and it was fantastic - some of the best deli meat I've tasted.

    Just as a heads up - booths are only for parties of 2 or more, so if you're alone, be prepared to find a bench nearby. Also, when you walk in, it can be a little confusing for a first-timer. Walk all the way to the back, grab a number, and then they'll call you to take your order at the counter.

    Definitely the best place I ate during my entire stay in Atlantic City!

    Simply the best. I live in Arizona now, but boy do I miss those subs! All are great, but the tuna sub is the best on the planet. Amazingly excellent!
