User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis has to be the worst company to borrow money from. When you are 7 days late even though you have paid every month they call you and harras you until you make a payment.
my credit score is 694 and I applied for more funds and I was denyed, since i didn't meet their internal credit score. They don't use the same FICO scoring that the rest of the country is using. I can't wait to pay off my balance, so I could be done with this company. No wonder they are in the spot that they are in. I have taken several loans from CitiFinanical and paid every loan off, how do you treat exisying customers like deadbeats. If you can avoid this bank do so at all costs.
