John's Auto Repair

John is a honest guy, gives value for your money. However, he fails to distinguish between a customer and others. If you ask him some questions he deems needless, he may get testy. When I asked him whether he was on vacation (without knowing someone close to him had passed over) he became testy. I apologized to him but this became a starting point for a further show down when I asked him some questions about my car.
If you want to find a consistently courteous and good mechanic, he is not the guy. If you want just a great mechanic, but who can be obscene at times, go to him but don't ask him questions he deems irrelevant..be careful. Inside his premises, he is the boss, not his customer.
I am a little thick skinned and sticking with him because he is a honest fellow.
