User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHIDDEN GEM of New Jersey!!: I am a major foodie, and my favorite cuisine is Chinese and Thai food. That being said I have moved around a lot over the past 7 years of my life (6 different cities) and have had Chinese food of all kinds including $30/dinner type of fare. Ming's garden is ABSOLUTELY the best quality Chinese food available! I am talking among over 150 chinese restuarants I've eaten at. The meats are high grade and lean... the sauces are bursting with flavor yet not too heavy. The vegetables are fresh. I can literally eat three meals a day here. Every friend or relative I've brought here has been reluctant (primarliy because it is located in a really dead strip mall)... but once they have it, they travel 30, 40 minutes or more for it. Ambiance is not much as it is a rather simple restaurant... but the people who own this restaurant are generally friendly and the food is always consistent. a MUST HAVE!
