User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHorrible dealership. Found a used BMW and gave them a small Check as deposit to hold the car on 4/4/09. Decided we didn't want it, so asked for refund, which I sent emailed them to show the check had cleared about 5 days later. I was told the refund would be in mail 4/13 or 4/14/09. Still nothing, so called 4/21/09 and they told me they mailed the refund on 4/20/09. If this is what they do with a small a small deposit, I don't even want to know what they would do if actually purchasing for servicing a vehicle. Would NOT RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone!!!! Cars are overpriced anyway. Can get the same exact car in Freehold, NJ for a lot cheaper. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsKnowledgeable and friendly sales person, no pressure, excellent service. Zoom in to check the Mini Cooper Clubman and, next day purchase the car. Plus excellent follow-up. Bravo and thank you Princeton Mini!!!!

What a whiner...I'm sre you got you deposit...I deal with them and they are A1 The only problem is dealing with people who leave deposits and then go shopping ...I'm sure you are driving a used Ford! A customer
