The food is the best part of the panera bread. The staff are very wonderful, and the the sales associates are a good part of the restaurant.

Loved it!: I had the chicken caesar salad sandwich at Panera and it was delicious! I can't wait to go back for another one. I paid over $7 for a sandwich, chips, and drink, which is a bit high for a lunch, but I would definitely go back at some point. I found the service to be great. They were a bit rushed, as there was a big weekend lunch hour crowd, but they were pleasant and polite.

Very poor Customer Service: The waitress don't know how to talk to the customers. It has happened to me 4-5 times that they are not happy with customers who comes after 8.00pm though the restaurant closes at 9.00. They start taking away all coffee flask,cream from the stand at around 8.00. And if you ask them for coffee at that point they will shout an say that they are closing. HORRIBLE in customer service. Be ready to get humiliated if you reach after 8.00pm or find other nice one near by. I have visited so many other panera restaurants but they are far better than this.
