When we first arrived with our friends, there were bouncers there, extremely unfriendly, demanding a $5 cover charge per person. It was not the $5 that pissed me off, but the way they collected it. They collected it like the mafia. Anyway, when we went in, the menu was limited and we could not get something decent. What is worst is that the band plays very loudly all night long, there is no way you can hear yourself, let alone chat. Overall, I think the place is over-priced and unfriendly. There are other places in Princeton that's much better.

The food tastes a little underdone in the meat sometimes. The staff could be a little bit nicer, and more considerate. They could have a little bit more selection of food on the menu.
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsLooks are deceiving: I have always passed Triumph Brewing Company by because on the outside it seemes to be such a small place, but once inside I was amazed how large this place actually was! It has such a lively atmosphere!!! This place would be great to have a few drinks after work or to meet singles. But it also is very noisy so conversation will be a bit hard around happy hour. The food I had was average, but I would recommend this place for its atmosphere. wow!
