Rude, unhelpful staff. I'm all for small businesses, and it's a neat store, but don't expect any pleasantries when calling with a question. They make it clear they don't have time for you. Don't know if it's because they're in Princeton, or because they feel they have enough business that they can afford to brush off customers. I was speaking with an older man, possibly an owner, who was done with me before I finished my first question. I live in Princeton myself and not everyone there has such a chip on their shoulder. If they're having any income problems they may want to consider adjusting their attitude toward their customers, instead of just relying on the indy atmosphere and healthy stock of music in the store.
