The best pizza i've ever had! I first tried this pizza with a friend many many years ago and never forgot about it. I now live far away so anytime i am in the area i order a couple pies and take them home. I am a big pizza eater and very picky about it. if its isnt good i'm not eating it! Throw the whole pie in a preheated oven as high as it goes but not broil for about 3-5 mins and viola!!! And actually they use provalone cheese in rough slices in the brick oven topped with freshly chopped basil after it comes out. They've expanded thier toppings since the first time i tried it, but its simplicity is what makes it so delightful! Great flavor, Thin, and looks good too! Best eaten right out of the brick oven, so grab the bench outside and enjoy!

I tried this place because of other reviews and agree that the pizza was pretty good. But being a big eater, I could have eaten a large myself. Nice thin pizza with crispy crust and bottom, even when cooled a bit on the 3rd slice. Good taste and I would have again, like more mozzarella, but had enough sauce. It could have easily rated 5 stars. Will go back to try it again and for other items too.

It's different: It's different, and that's what makes it great. The mozzarella is very traditional and unshredded, so it even looks different than the pizza from most places. For lack of a better way of describing it, it tastes "cultured."
