User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWhile the food is good and the bagels always fresh the arrogance is hard to comprehend. After all, there are other bagel shops in the area. You'd think NOT by the way they handle Jewish holiday orders. I find it untenable. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

While the bagels here are really delicious, the staff is horrendously lacking in customer service skills!! Everytime I go in there they are so rude to me. You never see anyone smiling. It's very unfortunate that they are so rude because I really do think they make great bagels.
