It's Nutts Restaurant

I'd really like to tell you how horrible everything is so that you'd stay the hell away and I could get a table! But this place is absolutely outstanding. The tomato pie is damn close to my cousin Chick's [DeLorenzo] as I've ever had; the chef can do no wrong. Service is perfect, people are cheerful and the price is right. Good strong coffee, too! When friends come from NYC to visit, they always want at least one meal at It's Nutts. And I'm always eager to comply! Bye-bye "cutesy over-priced 'bistros' with pretentious food!" I'm nuts about It's Nutts. Very kid friendly, too. Show up about 6:30 - 7:00 PM - [JK!].

This is mainly a reply to user "SFS" First of all, yes, they are tomato pies that Nutts serves. The tomatoes on the pie are not tasteless and the amount of cheese on the pie is always perfect. All of their food that I have tried has been delicious and even though I mostly order take out the atmosphere is one of a kind. I can't figure out why you had such a bad experience and had to write a bad review. Also, you must need glasses, because you can easily see the canal from inside the restaurant, it is less than 100 feet away from the parking lot. Maybe it is the Delaware river you are thinking of that is beyond the patch of trees you talk about. Anyway, no I am not the owner and do not work there, I have never had a bad experience at Nutts in Titusville and will continue to go there all the time.

Tomato pie was just as good as Delorenzo's. We went there on a Saturday evening (6ish) and did not experience the DeLorenzo wait. Also had a very nice chopped antipasto. Service was good. Looking forward to returning and trying other items.
