Boston Market- Catering Restaurants

I recently visited Boston Market in Ewing, NJ and was deeply disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the ambiance of the restaurant. I usually go through the drive-thru but on this day, the restaurant was empty and very "ghetto." I was disapointed with the fact that the workers were hollering across the store as if they were outside. One worker got up from eating with his mouth full of food and was talking to the other worker who was hollering at him. The workers did not wear gloves when retrieving our food. Once they were finished two of them left the restaurant to talk to a guy outside that was laying on his hood waiting for them. My sister visited on the following Sunday and said that the worker had just finished smoking a cigarette when she fixed her plate. As a result of this experience I do not plan on buying anything anytime soon.
