    I have to take issue with the earlier review; I am a local pastor and have had a great experience with Rose Hill. I have found them very attentive to the needs of their residents and have seen none of the difficulties mentioned in the earlier review. Its a very good place to live.

    Promises a lot....does not deliver!: I feel that Rose Hill looks great from the outside....inside is a different story.
    They are understaffed and the majority of aides on the floor do not understand English and have very poor communication skills. You would think since they are working with residents who have physical and cognitive disabilities that communication would be a necessarly equation in their health care of residents.
    Due to the lack of staffing, the residents receive very little assistance in their daily needs. Far from what they tout in their advertisement.
    I feel the greatest problem at Rose Hill, is the emphasis on the bottom line....money and profit....not genuine caring of the needly adult resident.
