I agree that sometimes they get really busy and you have to wait.. but it is worth the wait! the food is amazing! i love it! i also get take out from here which is really fast..it takes like ten minutes for me to get my food once I place the order.. so if you are in a rush you can always do take out. the restaurant is small but the service is very fast and everyone is so attentive to you whether it's filling your glass of water (which is constantly!) or getting something else, they will get it to you asap. the pricing isn't too bad either and the plus is, theres a ritas right next door so for dessert you can go there!
I have 3 children, one of which is 2 yrs. of age and very playful. The restaurant owner and staff have been consistently patient and nice to my family. In fact they always give us the best seat in the house (next to the fish tank). I'm not a big spender or anything like it, that's why I come here. The food is excellent and authentic. The ambient is relaxing but can get loud especially if my kids are around. Never did we feel rushed or hurried away. Food is kid friendly especially their noodle dishes.
On a con side, you must be willing to wait, average wait can be up to 20 minutes on any given lunch or diner time. Here's a little secret, they take reservations which might still require you to wait but not that long.
It's a family run business and a branch opened up recently in my town (Warren). But we still like this one in Bridgewater, better tasting food and good waitstaff.
Average at $10/head with a Thai Ice Tea drink but with no seafood dish at diner (lunch is cheaper). Not very shabby, huh!
I had an embarassing experience with Thai Kitchen last week. I had a reservation for 10 people for lunch. When we went there the two tables were separate and just 2 feet away. We asked the peson to combine the table. The reply was "no" and the answer was "I am running this restaturant for 13 years and I know where to put my tables". and Further "I have customers waiting outside, you have to decide fast, i cannot hold the tables any more"!! We just walked out of that place. It is a shame to all Thai restaurants
