Bird House

This place is awesome. Rich and Lisa are great.If you are looking for a bird or supplies for your bird this is the place to go.

I bought an Amazon parrot there within the last 3 months and have had nothing but great experiences with Rich, Lisa and Kathy. All are knowledgable friendly and helpful. Any question I have has always been answered with the birds well being foremost. I am more than happy with my purchase from them and am always welcomed back in the store even it is to ask a question and not make a purchase that day.

I kept seeing people writing reviews about the bad attitude of the owners. But I didn't see that at all. We never had a bird before and my son just got a hand fed. Since it has to stay in the store for a few weeks, we went there every day for a few weeks to play with the bird. I never seen any attitude of the owners. Actually they are very friendly. To us and to any one walked into the store. A lot of people do not have their own birds in the store. They just like birds and went there to play/talk to them. The owners never have any problem with them. I never seen any poople walk out the store with an upset face.
Whatever questions we asked, the owner gave us an answer. My wife decided to buy a pair of cheapest bird, $20.00 each. The owner did not had any problem and did not try to sale us more expensive birds. Actually he told my wife not to buy the $250.00 bird that she like because that is just for singing. We cannot even take it out from the cage. Not for us.
I never seen them yell at the employees also. Cathy and her daughter look like been working there long time. If they been yelled, I don't think they will stay.
Beware of reading reviews. Need to go there to look, you don't need to buy anything. Like the kid works in the pizza place next door. He always went there to play with the birds during his breaks.
