I can NOT say enough about Blumig Kennels! Our first dog came from Blumig Kennels in 1980. I have since adopted 3 other dogs from Linda Blumig. She is the most dedicated person I have ever met. She truly cares for each and every animal that comes to her. I would HIGHLY recommend coming to Blumig if you are looking for an animal to adopt. I also board my dogs at Blumig whenever I am going out of town and they come home as healthy and happy as when I dropped them off! She is amazing! She IS the dog whisperer!
I adopted both of my current dogs from Blumig Kennel and I was very pleased each time. The facility is very clean and the animals there all seem very happy and healthy. There is a huge yard for them to run around in and play in, they've got toys to play with, and treats to snack on. Linda is also very pleasant and you can tell how dedicated she is to the animals and how much she cares about them. When it came to the fee for adoption she simply said, "However much you are able to donate." I'm looking to adopt another dog and this is the first place I'll be going. I would highly recommend this place to somebody who is looking to adopt an animal in need of a home.
The first time I saw that cute little brown puppy in the pen at Blumig Kennel I was hooked ! Hard to believe it has been 15 years 3 months since we adopted Baby and she still looks and acts like a puppy ! Baby was tossed out of a car window in a brown paper bag, rescued by an elderly lady and bought to Blumig Kennels November 1992. Linda is a wonderful lady: caring, loving and gracious. She had tears in her eyes when she told me the story of Baby, now I have tears of gratitude for LINDA ! Thank you Blumig Kennels........we will be visiting soon so Baby can say hello and help us pick out a kitty cat to join our family. Much love, Fusun A. Engin
