User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsDecent equipment offerings. Light on fitness trainers especially in the early morning. Management is unresponsive to inquiries, seems to only care about their fees.

For the simple idea of working out, this gym is great. There are a wide variety of machines, and more than one of each. Tons of treadmills and cardio equipment. Even on the busiest days at the busiest times, there is plenty of equipment available. No waiting, no sign-up sheets, and open long hours (5AM - 10PM).
My only complaint is the music. The music from the aerobics classes gets pumped so high, it spills in to the gym area and mixes with the music being played in the gym area. At times both can be so loud and conflicing, it is distracting if you are trying to focus on your work out. Headphones don't help unless you are willing to damage your eardrums. I am currently a member and (when I remember to) I plan to bring this issue up with management.
I have been a member of this gym for 4 months and have no issues with their billing dept. -

Don't join here! You will not be allowed out of your contract. Even if you move more than 25 miles from the facility you will be charged. The people in the billing dept are rude and their practices are questionable. Consumer beware!
