My husband and myself has been seeing Dr. Misko for nearly 5 years. He is a very good doctor, very smart, thorough, compassionate and a good person as a whole. His staff (Tammy, LaQuinta, JoAnna & the new girl) is 'the bomb,' as someone else here stated. :) Excellent care, and good people really makes a difference. As a matter of fact, we had moved from Edison to south Jersey, and we still prefer Dr. Misko as our practitioner...He's worth the ride. Don't listen to the few bogus complaints here, they don't know what they're talking about. Mom was right, 'misery loves company.' Perhaps they need a 'different type of doctor.' lol ;)
Dr. Misko is my dawg! He is compassionate and understanding. He takes his time examining me and explaining what's wrong or referring me to someone who can help me. His staff is awesome. Tammy is da bomb, as are all the other girls. My blood is always drawn with care not to hurt me, and I don't feel a thing.
As with the previous writer, I can come into the office w/o an appointment and am called in in less than 10 minutes AND the staff always have a smile on their face. They are courteous and professional in their dealings with the patients.
I started seeing Dr. Misko's office several years ago. At first I thought the practice was fantastic, however my mother is a very complicated patient, as am I, and I found that instead of making the required extra effort, Dr. Misko frequently blew us off chalking our symptoms up to a psychosomatic disorer. We have since been diagnosed with Celiac's Disease, and even after she was diagnosed, Dr. Misko still didn't catch it in me or make an effort to. I stopped going for a while, but then in an emergency situation I had to go there or to an ER, so I picked there. Dr. Kronhaus was working that night, and although there are times I can see what others mean about his personality, he has never failed to take excellent care of me. Recently, however, I went in for yet another emergent situation, and was seen by a nurse practicioner. Her performance led me to question wether or not she realized she worked in a walk-in emergency center, as she did not even know if the office had injectable Benadryl for life threatening allergic reactions, which was the situation. So instead of giving me an antihistamine for an anaphylactic reaction- she made me use my two doses of epinephrine and sent me on my way. I later wound up needing the Benadryl anyway. That didn't make any kind of decent sense to me, nor does Dr. Misko's apparent disinterest in complex medical cases. I will say that I have always found the office staff to be professional and courteous, and proficient in their clinical skills like giving injections and drawing blood. I just don't feel I can rely on Dr. Misko or that I can trust this new nurse practicioner with my health in an emergency. Dr. Kronhaus and the rest of the staff, however, have my full vote of confidence and the strongest reccomendation I can give.

For starters...Pemcare IS NOT AN EMERGENCY ROOM!!! The practice is Internal Medicine, with the ability for their patients to "walk-in" for "emergency" sick visits and minor lacerations. It is not an ER...they do not see cardiac arrests or car accidents!! They are not an Urgent Care Facility. Dr. Misko is a kind and understanding doctor. He is very capable of handling ALL types of complex medical problems, including those that sometimes require a multi-disciplinary approach. He is very aware when a specialist may be required to care for his patients. Clara, the nurse practitioner, is very kind and caring. She spends time with me and listens to all of my problems and concerns. They have never "blown me off"! I highly recommend Dr. Misko and his staff for any medical issues.
