We had trouble with installing a toilet (kept leaking) and Orlando came out from Atlas plumbing right away when we called and fixed it! He also looked at and solved a small problem we had with our shower too. He was very professional and had a thorough knowledge of his trade. I hope we don't have any more plumbing problems, but if we do we are definitely calling Orlando again!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Orlando is not a very bad guy but here is our experience.

- When he says I am on my way, it may mean "I am on a job that I need to finish before I come", you may want to give an extra 3 hours before he shows up.

- Once he comes, he can get the job done within a reasonable time frame.

- He is EXPENSIVE. Don't hesitate to offer him half of what he is asking. The first price he gives is what he dreams to get.

- If you are in an emergency and don't have time to negotiate or take other estimates, you may be taken advantage of (sorry)

- He does not (usually) charge to give you an estimate. Free estimates are good.
