User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest experience I've had yet at a music shop, big chain or local. Brought my amp there under warranty when it was making some odd sounds. Picked it up in about a week and a half, right when they said it would be ready, no charge to me. When I brought it home it was still not right. Upon calling the shop back they offered to let me bring in my whole setup (amp, cab, and guitar) and test it all out right there to hopefully pinpoint the issue. While there, Adam, one of the techs, offered some great insight into the workings of the amp, which ultimately led to getting everything sorted out. Phone conversations were always helpful, upbeat, and informative also, presumably with many of the same folks I talked with in person. All in all a very positive and helpful experience from which I came away a little wiser. Thank you!

Dennis,John, Mike and the whole crew at Central Jersey music are second to none,they keep are recording studio and all our many rehearsal rooms fleet of amplifiers ,guitars ,and outboard gear in top working condition !! Very honest and a pleasure to deal with, also very fast turn around on repairs. Never a complaint with these guys always on the money!

Not sure how they treat you in person but they sure are rude over the phone. Maybe you need to be male to get their respect.
