have found expired food on the shelves many times. Have also bought meat there to get home and open it and find out it was spoiled. this happened twice.

Did not find it clean and organized. Very hard to find items and not sure how long it has been on shelf. The store needs a makeover.

They have almost everything: This is a huge Shop Rite Supermarket owned by Foodarama, that have a total of 26 locations in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. They are based in Freehold, New Jersey.

They have a large Kosher food, sandwich bar, suchi bar, bakery, produce, pharmacy, butcher, frozen food, hot food, cold cuts deli take out plus everything else you find in a supermarket. There is also a place to eat your food on the upper level. The restrooms are also un the upper level. You can take the elevator or walk upstairs. If you are visiting someone, you can find a gift.

They even send a bus twice a week to the two senior apartment buildings in South River. There is a big parking lot with many handicapped parking spaces. Since it is a huge busy strip mall and the parking is shared with all the other businesses. At times it is hard to park.
