The service was terrible. We kept waiting for a waitress, so we asked a bus boy to please send a waitress over to us.
The waitress came over with an attitude and was mad at us the whole time.
We said thank you each time she came over but she did not look at us, thanks us or ask us if we needed anything.
We politely told he manager about the waitress and his reply was "she's been here for over 20 years".
I guess his loyalty to the "people" that work there is more important than our former business.
We told him quietly we would not be back because of her.
AVOID DUSAL's!!!!!!!!!!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOrdered takeouts for past weeks and some food too salty.
Asked to not add salt and was still salty (i.e. cheese steak sub).
Also order extra cheese meat ball parmigiana sub and they put cheese on edge of sub to make appear to overflow
but had none on inside. Happy to give $9 (including tip), which almost 1/2 more cost of just original sub.
but what a disappointment, as they don't care.
I am around corner from them, and will drive further from now on.

We have been going to Dusal's for years and have never had a problem with any of the waitresses. For the most part they are experienced and hard working. When it's busy in there (and you can expect it to be busy on Friday and Saturday nights) they are kept hopping and don't have time to chit chat, but I've never seen one with an attitude.
Nice that Dusal's owner's Mom wrote in. Try Lorenzo's on 27 in Somerset. The pizza is much better and you are treated wtih respect. We don't want chit chat. But we don't expect gossipy, annoying waitresses with attitudes. Lorenzo's is the best.
