Despite the large amount of granite slabs to select from, the bad attitude of the receptionist at the front desk of this place turned me off. The way this place works is such that you purchase the granite from them, but they do not cut it or 'fabricate' it for you. You need to have someone else, a "fabricator" lined up. This is something that can be easily explained and in a nice manner. I knew this before going but apparantly the people before me didn't and I had the displeasure of hearing the receptionist nastily explain this to them. I didn't have a specific fabricator lined up when I went, however I still got the nasty speech from the receptionist telling me that I needed one. Others that I encountered at this place were very nice, but I was already put off by my first encounter. Unless you're ok with this type of service, I suggest you go elsewhere - possibly to OHM which is about 5 minutes away on Prospect Plains Rd. The experience there was much nicer.
