I've never eaten the sushi at U-yee, but the hibachi is amazing. The fried rice is the best rice I've ever had. I also love the filet mignon. It's a perfect place if you're in the mood for hibachi
i am from the south, but travel all over the USA. I found this sushi barely edible. The fish did not appear to be fresh and everything was room temperature. The white fish on the dragon roll was disgusting. The Salmon was ok, the rice was not good. I have had much better sushi from a grocery store. Half price was the only positive, but it still wasnt worth it, i guess that should have been the warning sign, even thought it was pretty crowded.
U-Yee's has very good sushi. Personally i haven't gotten hibachi there, but the sushi and the price is very worth the trip. The quality of the food is nothing but exceptional.
although, the service is nothing to brag about. lets be honest, we all tip even though we don't have to. personally i tip on experience and the waiter or waitress' ability to do their job. One trip i did not receive good service and was given an all together bad experience. i left the minimal tip and upon leaving was stopped in my tracks by the waitress saying the tip was not nearly enough. that is a very big 'no no' in my books.

totally adgree.. i have been there several times and as a sushi lover i was not impressed. for the price of sushi it needs to be delicious.. not just edible.
Really? I've been to UYee mutiple times as well as recomending it to pretty much everyone and it's yet to disappoint me.
