wanna make you fellows aware of their no-matter-what part of the lease...As far as I know, most places let you break the lease incase of a financial hardship...like a job loss or something, provided you give them a 30-60 day notice (depending on the place). Well...with Parkwood Gardens you DON'T have that choice. They don't accept 30-60 day notices. And if you choose to leave, you would still be responsible for the rest of the lease term rent or until the apartment is rented out to someone else. Or so I was told by the leasing agent. Would someone please tell her that she needs to get some customer service skills...anyway, I have never heard of such a lease contract....so potential renters...beware!!
