This blockbuster is not good far as customerservice. I have went into this store and someone was ahead of me returning movies, they didn't ask them for their blockbuster card. When I got to the register they ask me for my blockbuster card. I had rented two movies and return them late they had took the money from my card for both movies and credited me for one movie. So be careful when you send you movies back late and they charge your card look to make sure they credited you back,because i was not credited.
