Carretino Restaurant

We have been freqenting this restaurant since it changed owners and have always had very good meals.
The food is delicious and the owner and staff are very friendly. I have and would recommend Carrentino to anyone who enjoys italian cooking.
It is a casual restaurant with a very nice ambiance.
I give it 5 stars.

If you are the type of person that is into the atmosphere and fine china while dining this probably isn't the place for you but if you like good italian food with friendly, helpful service then look no further. The prices are reasonable and servings are plentiful. Plus, it is a BYOB so you don't have to pay for over priced alcohol / wine and there is a liquor store located within walking distance. I would highly recommend trying the restaurant for a couple looking for a quiet night out or an entire group wanting to get together with good friends and food.

Delicious!: My family and I love to check out non-chain restaurants (and repeat them if they're good) and have been searching for a great Italian place to eat ever since Vino's in Raritan closed. This place was excellent- all of the food was delicious (especially the lobster ravioli...yum!) It's kind of in a weird setting, but well worth it. Remember to BYOB!
