User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI rented tablecloths for my daughter's birthday party and received one that was stained. When I called the customer service back, they told me that I should have informed them earlier (even though I had only opened up the linens and inspected them an hour or two before our party was supposed to start). They made me feel as though I'm supposed to be happy with the store credit they gave since they didn't have a chance to inspect the stain (implying I was lying about the stain). Honestly, I don't want to waste my time lying about stains to try to get store credit - I just want the product that I rent to be clean and stain free, and I want to get value for what I paid for. This shouldn't be an unrealistic expectation for a party rental company.
