Should have walked out after being ignored by the bartender for 15 minutes. Think it's a good thing to have a reservation? Wrong....8 pm reservation, served dinner at 10:00 pm. Like nice cold osso bucco? This is the place for you. Like snotty pony tailed englishmen at the door? Bingo, you've hit the jackpot. For now on, the only reason I'm going to Tewksbury, is to pick apples.

Bar Tender/Bar Service horrible being ignored for some time initially except when it came time to pay.
Took well over an hour to be seated after the reservation time with no updates or apologies. Menu and food presenation was very ordinary. Quality and taste of food was good but some meals we served cold and complaints were ignored. Wait staff/management were rude and completely ignored complaints. Overall dining experience a zero.
